I received excellent treatment. The doctor is highly specialized in laser surgery (ENT). I'm in the defense services and had a 7mm stone in my left parotid gland. My doctor initially suggested that my entire salivary gland needed to be removed. However, there are very few hospitals where the latest technology for stone removal via sialoendoscopy is available (this technology is not even available in defense hospitals or AIIMS Jodhpur).
